Capital Betting put up for sale - Business - Jamaica Gleaner - Friday | August 3, 2012: "Egerton Chang has put his betting shop Capital Betting and Wagering Limited up for sale two months after citing the rising cost of business from recent increases in fees to place wagers at Caymanas Park, Jamaica's sole horse track.

Chang, who advertised the business on July 25, declined to speak to the company's value but said he is hoping to sell all of the 1.35 million shares in one transaction.

The shares, according to Companies Office records, have a nominal value of J$13.5 million or J$10 each. Capital Betting is one of the smallest of the eight bookmakers in operation"
