JOB OVERVIEW:  Report to, and assist General Manager in various aspects of the hotel operations. Provide information in a confidential, outstanding, friendly, high-level manner, and assist staff from corporate headquarters, clients and VIP guests. Along with Executive Staff, work on the preparation of sensitive correspondence and reports.  REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:  Bilingual –English and Spanish– required. Minimum 2-3 years executive office experience preferred. Familiar with dictation and automation processes. Must be computer literate and type at least 40 wpm. Excellent communications, organizational and guest relation skills. Trip advisor, Market Metrix or Gallop knowledge is desirable. Must have excellent knowledge of Power Point, Word and Excel. The person in this role should be detailed oriented and able to prioritize work. Must be customer service oriented and have excellent hospitality skills. Should be able to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently. Must be flexible to work any day, including weekends and holidays when needed.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Someone who is familiar with working in a highly confidential manner at the senior executive level, who is energetic with a customer service attitude, values integrity, and has a responsible approach and a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Someone who has the ability to operate in a team environment
