- Submit “Articles of Incorporation” for  assessment and stamping to Stamp Duty &  Transfer Tax Unit.

- Register your company at the Companies  Office of Jamaica.

v  Partnerships and other Organizations:

- Register your partnership or organisation at  the Companies Office of Jamaica.
