Phillips prepares to borrow from international capital market - Business - JamaicaObserver.com: "FINANCE and Planning Minister Peter Phillips, today began a one-week tour aimed at marketing the government’s plan to borrow from the international capital market to investors in the US and the UK.
Phillips is scheduled to leave Jamaica today with a delegation to Boston, New York and London to engage in a series of meetings with fixed income investors in preparation for fundraising activities in the international capital markets."
