Gov't, UNICEF sign $1.2-b action plan to help children - News - JamaicaObserver.com: "THE Government of Jamaica on Tuesday signed a Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP) with the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) worth over $1.2 billion (US$13,850,000) aimed at addressing several issues affecting the nation's children.
The CPAP is a five-year programme to be implemented from 2012 to 2016 and consists three basic components: adolescent health and empowerment, child protection and quality education."
